A passion for words defines and ignites me creatively to do the work I love: to build dynamic global brands, startups, and companies in transition throughout my career: as a senior executive, intrapreneur, and independent consultant and apply the same brand standards to individuals for their personal brands.

Known as a keen business and brand builder, my background is a synchronistic blend of creative brand development and strategic business insight.

Many new business strategies, new business categories and new products, along with revitalized brand identities were forged during my tenured career with: Bloomingdale’s New York in Housewares, Fashion, Toys, and Beauty; as President of the LaCosta Spa Company to reinvent Spa Style; as Sr. VP Worldwide, Barbie Consumer Products for Mattel, to develop innovative Barbie product and licensing strategies and to introduce the first exclusive Barbie Boutiques at retail and the icon’s first step into entertainment to bring Barbie Doll™ to life for the very first time. 

Using the same brand process applied to products and companies, my most personal initiative, Brand New You, uncovers differentiated, discerning personal Brand Profiles that are intimate and real for clients, classes, and interactive workshops that produce defined, distinctive content that communicates and resonates in career and personal opportunities. Brand New You, a Personal Branding service, is based on a firm belief that everyone has a point of difference that can be recognized in a marketplace of opportunity.
